A rider for your work in AI.
DOXAI gives you a Rider — a portable declaration of your terms with AI — and a Canvas that enforces them in every tool you already use.

development
At CPH:DOX 2026 we piloted with the documentary filmmaking community. Phase 2 builds the Rider into an open standard and the Canvas into a reference implementation.
The problem
There is no portability layer for identity and consent in AI. A person's preferences, boundaries, and data consent are trapped inside each provider's silo — renegotiated from zero in every system, governed by terms the person never set.
What we are building
Your AI-Rider
Portable consent for AI
A short, personal protocol — what AI may do with your work, what it may not, what matters. Machine-readable, portable, yours. Built on W3C Verifiable Credentials and Decentralised Identifiers.
The name comes from the performance world. A rider is the conditions you set before you'll play. Your AI Rider sets your conditions for working with AI.
Explore the RiderCanvas
A portal to sensitive work
Bring a transcript; Canvas reads it against your Rider and tells you in plain language what to watch for. Cleans the file. Routes it only to providers contractually barred from training on your data.
Open CanvasConsent layer
Tiered, revocable, traceable
Decide, contribution by contribution, what enters a shared corpus and on what terms. Revoke at any time. Every decision is a machine-readable receipt that travels with the work.
